Technical Solutions Engineer – Computer Vision & Edge AI

About the Role

We are expanding our software division focused on deep tech domains, including advanced computer vision, video analytics, satellite image monitoring, border security vision systems, and edge data-capture platforms. We partner with elite global and regional technology innovators to deliver high-performance, custom-engineered solutions for complex client projects.

We are looking for a mid-level Technical Solutions Engineer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience who bridges the gap between software requirements and physical tech deployments. In this role, you will work closely with our global technology partners, internal sales teams, and clients to evaluate technical proposals, determine software and hardware requirements (such as edge processors and GPU sizing), map out solution workflows, and help collate winning RFPs, RFQs, and commercial bids.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Evaluation & Due Diligence: Review and analyze software proposals, system designs, and algorithms from international tech partners to ensure they match project specifications, identifying any technical or functional gaps.

Hardware & GPU Sizing & Recommendation: Analyze multi-stream video and sensor pipeline requirements (throughput, latency, frame rates) to recommend and specify optimal edge hardware configurations, industrial vision sensors, and GPU requirements based on software partner guidelines.

Solution Mapping & Integration Review: Map out end-to-end data workflows by integrating diverse field devices, satellite feeds, and optical sensors with our partners' computer vision and analytics engines, ensuring smooth data flow and identifying interface gaps.

RFP, RFQ & Bid Engineering: Take ownership of the technical components of proposals and bids, translating complex partner inputs into clear, structured, and competitive tender responses.

Technical Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales and project setup phases, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between external technology partners, internal teams, and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA / MCA), M.Sc. in Information Technology, or a Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional hands-on experience in software applications, technical pre-sales, system integration, or computer vision/AI environments.

Technical Core Competencies:

Strong foundational understanding of software systems, APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and cloud/edge architectures.

Familiarity with computer vision concepts, video analytics, and spatial/image monitoring technologies.

Practical awareness of hardware infrastructure, edge computing, and GPU memory/compute requirements for real-time AI workloads.

Proposal & Documentation Acumen: Proven experience in writing technical specifications, Scopes of Work (SoW), and structured proposal or bid documents

Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to both engineering partners and business stakeholders.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
