System and Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System & Network Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, servers, networks, security devices, virtualization and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.

Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls and wireless networks.

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID and hybrid IT environments.

Configure and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, routing, NAT and network security policies.

Manage and monitor VMware / Hyper-V virtual environments.

Manage backup, restoration and disaster recovery solutions.

Perform system and network monitoring, patching, upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 system, network and infrastructure issues.

Support infrastructure implementation, migration and upgrade projects.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers when required.

Maintain network diagrams, infrastructure documentation and configuration records.

Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for technical issues and projects.

Ensure infrastructure availability, security and compliance with agreed SLA requirements.

Technical Skills Required

Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP

Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

Cisco / HPE / Aruba networking technologies

Routing, Switching, VLAN, TCP/IP, NAT & ACL

Firewall & VPN configuration and troubleshooting

VMware and/or Hyper-V

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Azure / Cloud Infrastructure

Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

IT security, patch management and system hardening

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in System & Network Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience in both System Administration and Network Administration.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Fortinet or equivalent will be an advantage.

UAE experience preferred.

UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
