We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sr. QA/QC Engineer - Civil in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil construction activities.Conduct inspections of structural, concrete, finishing, and other civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and quality records.Coordinate inspection requests and quality approvals with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.Identify non-conformities, issue or track NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions.Monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved standards and project requirements.Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, material approvals, and testing records.Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement of site quality practices.Required SkillsCivil QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices for civil construction.Site Inspection: Ability to inspect structural and finishing activities against drawings and & Method Statements: Ability to prepare, review, and implement inspection plans and construction methodologies.NCR Management: Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions.Quality Documentation: Strong ability to maintain inspection reports, approvals, checklists, test records, and QA/QC SkillsFamiliarity with international construction quality standards and codes.Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.Knowledge of quality audits, root-cause analysis, and preventive action processes.Work Experience RequirementsThe source does not specify an experience requirement.
