Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Attend all service calls and enquiries of clients.

Careful and attentive data gathering and reporting.

Apprise the clients on all product offerings.

Regular visits and follow ups with all clients.

Be a link between clients and company.

Suitable Candidates:

Graduates from any discipline (Engineers will be preferred)

Able to communicate in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience level 0-3 years. Freshers may also apply.

Must be prepared to travel extensively. (all forms of transport)

Technical Skills required

Precision measurements using Vernier Caliper/Scale/Measuring Tape

Basic knowledge of engineering drawing - Should be able to make sketches and read drawings.

Handling of tools like spanners, ratchets etc.

Understanding of basic electrical functions
