Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and commercially aware Sales Coordinator with experience in Oil & Gas or industrial trading. The role will support the sales team with customer RFQs, sourcing, costing, quotations, supplier coordination, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.

Source products and materials from local and international suppliers.

Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.

Prepare costing, price analysis, estimates, and sales quotations.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, procurement, finance, and internal teams for timely order execution.

Follow up with customers on quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.

Maintain supplier/customer databases, pricing records, and quotation history.

Prepare sales reports, quotation trackers, and order status updates.

Support vendor registration, prequalification, and documentation.

Monitor market pricing and supplier performance.

Support business development by identifying new suppliers and products

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas trading or industrial trading.

Experience in sales coordination, sourcing, estimation, and costing.

Knowledge of products such as valves, piping, fittings, flanges, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, and rotating equipment.

Experience handling RFQs from ADNOC, EPC contractors, or major Oil & Gas clients preferred.

Knowledge of Incoterms, commercial documentation, and international procurement.

Good proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
