Prompt Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs, AI agents, Copilots, and conversational AI solutions. • Create reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for enterprise use. • Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and refinement to improve response quality, accuracy, and consistency. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI Architects, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions. • Implement prompt engineering techniques such as Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, Role-based, and Instruction-based prompting. • Define and maintain AI guardrails, safety controls, and Responsible AI guidelines. • Analyze prompt performance metrics and continuously improve AI solution effectiveness. • Support development of AI assistants, Copilot extensions, RAG-based solutions, and Agentic AI workflows. • Create documentation
