Procurement & Project Monitoring Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage local and international procurement for company projects, from requesting quotations through to tracking supply and delivery.

Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers and manufacturers; analyze and compare technical and commercial offers; and negotiate the best terms and prices.

Prepare procurement reports and follow up on requests, purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Contribute to preparing and updating project schedules, and track progress and delays.

Develop and maintain project and procurement dashboards and KPIs.

Contribute to applying AI and automation solutions to improve workflows, operational efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Saudi or Egyptian nationality.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Hands-on procurement experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting and data analysis.

Knowledge of project scheduling and dashboard tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

Fluent English for communicating with local and international suppliers.

Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational and follow-up skills.

Interest in modern technologies, AI and digital transformation.

2–5 years of experience.
