We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Process Improvement Lead to join our Process Excellence team. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't simply follow existing processes but questions how they can work better. The Opportunity

As a Process Improvement Lead, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and operational performance across our warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, you'll lead improvement initiatives, standardize processes, and support the implementation of smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, outbound, and returns operations.

Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, capacity constraints, and opportunities for process optimization.

Conduct process mapping, root-cause analysis, and operational assessments to develop practical solutions.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, process maps, and operational standards.

Analyze productivity, throughput, accuracy, quality, workforce efficiency, and capacity utilization.

Monitor operational KPIs and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and measure operational impact.

Review audit findings, process deviations, and control weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with technology and operational teams on WMS enhancements, automation, and system improvements.

Lead process improvement projects, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

Support the adoption of improved processes through documentation, communication, and collaboration.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational accountability.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, operational excellence, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Strong experience within warehouse, fulfillment, e-commerce, retail, logistics, or high-volume operational environments.

Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing measurable operational improvements.

Strong knowledge of process mapping, SOP development, root-cause analysis, and operational performance monitoring.

Good understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Familiarity with BI tools, operational reporting, and data visualization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate operational findings into practical, sustainable improvements.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
