The role requires senior-level expertise in MDM architecture, data governance, data quality, enterprise applications, and Oracle technologies.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with MDM platforms, preferably Oracle, along with strong knowledge of Oracle UCM, OEDQ, ODI, EBS/Fusion, APIs, and middleware. Experience working on large-scale transformation programs and within regulated environments, particularly banking, will be an advantage.This is a senior technical leadership opportunity offering professional development in enterprise data architecture, MDM strategy, cloud technologies, data governance, and large-scale digital transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MDM architecture and enterprise data management and maintain MDM architectures, data models, governance frameworks, and data quality processes.Provide technical leadership across large-scale transformation programs.Work with Oracle MDM and related Oracle ecosystem technologies.Support integration across UCM, OEDQ, ODI, EBS/Fusion, APIs, and middleware with enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, and technology teams.Lead stakeholder and vendor management activities.Support global delivery teams and enterprise transformation data management solutions align with governance, quality, security, and enterprise architecture requirements.Provide technical guidance and support in regulated environments.Requirements & Qualifications15+ years of experience in Data Management or Enterprise + years of hands‑on experience with MDM MDM experience preferred.Deep expertise in MDM architecture, data models, data governance, and data quality frameworks.Strong experience with Oracle UCM, OEDQ, ODI, EBS/Fusion, APIs, and middleware.Extensive experience with large-scale transformation programs.Experience working in regulated environments; banking experience preferred.Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.Proven leadership in stakeholder and vendor management.Experience supporting global delivery.Oracle, Cloud, Data Governance, or ITIL certifications are preferred.Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Salary, Benefits & Career GrowthSalary and specific employee benefits have not been provided for this position.The role offers opportunities for senior-level professional development in MDM architecture, enterprise data governance, Oracle technologies, cloud architecture, and large-scale transformation programs.
