Job Description

Seeking an experienced Package Manager with a strong background in luxury hotel projects and specialist finishes, including joinery, marble, stone, and metalwork.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural shop drawings, technical details, and material specifications.

Conduct factory visits to monitor manufacturing progress, quality, and workmanship.

Coordinate between the technical office and on-site execution, ensuring seamless implementation of approved drawings and details.

Manage coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

Oversee finishing quality, snagging, and successful handover of luxury hotel projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's / master’s degree in architecture.

10+ years of relevant experience, including luxury hotel project handovers.

Specialized expertise in joinery, marble, stone, and metalwork.

Proven experience across both technical office functions and site execution.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop drawings, and installation methods.

Willingness to travel for factory visits and work extended hours when required.

Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
