Purpose of the Job:
To ensure mechanical equipment in the plant is properly maintained to optimize reliability and availability, in accordance with OEM guidelines and maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily mechanical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality protocols are followed.
Participate in work planning, reporting, and using the CMMS (Maximo).
Maintain high quality standards and complete tasks within deadlines and budget.
Ensure readiness for emergency call-outs and 24-hour plant support.
Support and cooperate with multicultural team members and contractors.
Performance Indicators:
Timely work completion
Quality of maintenance reports and documentation
Effective use of Maximo system
Plant availability and defect reduction
Compliance with HSE requirements
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in power plant environments
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various mechanical systems
Knowledge of health and safety practices and plant isolation procedures
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Computer literacy and good command of English
Experience:
1-2 years and for fresh graduates as a trainee
Education:
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent certification.

Working Hours:
-The normal working hours will be from 7:30am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday.
-Friday 7:30 am to 3:15 pm with hour prayer break.
-Ready to be located near site during the shift days
-Must be flexible to report to duty in case of an emergency.
