Management Consultant

We are hiring a Management Consultant on behalf of our client. This role involves working with clients across industries to solve complex business problems, improve operations, and build growth strategies. Role & responsibilities

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking

Analyze client data to identify problems, trends, and improvement opportunities

Develop business strategies, operating models, and process improvement plans

Build financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support recommendations

Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations

Lead or support client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discussions

Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables

Support digital transformation, change management, and performance improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams on client engagements

Mentor junior analysts and associates on projects

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA from a reputed institute preferred)

0 to 1 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related field

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

Ability to structure ambiguous problems using frameworks (MECE, SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)

Excellent business writing, presentation, and storytelling skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Willingness to travel based on client needs

Strong business acumen and awareness of industry trends
