Lead Flow Assurance Engineer (Process)

Role Purpose

Provide technical leadership and independent assurance for all flow assurance aspects of the offshore gas development on behalf of the Owner. The role ensures the multiphase production system (wells, flowlines, subsea or wellhead platform facilities, export pipelines and topsides interfaces) is designed to operate safely, reliably and flow-assured across its full life, from start-up to turndown and late life.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

15+ years in oil and gas, with at least 8–10 years in flow assurance on offshore gas/condensate developments.

Proven experience as lead on at least one FEED or EPC(I) major offshore project, ideally in a PMC or Owner’s Engineer role.

Familiarity with international standards and practices (API, ISO, DNV, NORSOK) and the client’s specifications.

Saudi Aramco Project experience is a must.

Experience with long-distance multiphase tiebacks, MEG or methanol systems and wet gas pipelines is a strong advantage.

Regional Gulf experience and exposure to Owner/NOC stakeholder environments preferred.
