Infrastructure Estimation Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Estimation Engineer for earthwork with particular expertise in stormwater drainage and piping networks. with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure and civil construction works.

Responsibilities

Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify the full scope of work.

Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates and rate analyses.

Assess material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Identify scope gaps, technical discrepancies, exclusions, and pricing risks.

Prepare complete, competitive technical and commercial tender submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.

5–6 years of relevant experience as an Infrastructure Estimation Engineer.

Strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation, and tender pricing.

Experience in stormwater drainage and piping networks and related infrastructure works.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Good understanding of construction materials, methodologies, manpower, equipment, and productivity.

Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of estimation/QS software is an advantage.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

UAE experience, particularly Abu Dhabi, is preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
