As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing efficient processes and systems in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs. ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processesIdentify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiencyDesign layouts for production lines and workstationsDetermine equipment needs and assist with the procurement processImplement quality control procedures to ensure product standards are metAnalyze data and create reports on production performanceTrain employees on new processes or equipment as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in using CAD software for layout designKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plusAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamSalary: 1500$ per monthThis position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fresh graduates looking for an entry level role.
