HVAC TECHNICIAN WITH EXPERIENCE IN VRF

Company Description NBT HVAC Solutions is a specialized provider of refrigeration, air conditioning, central ventilation, and water treatment and purification equipment, serving diverse commercial and industrial projects.

Role Description The HVAC Technician with experience in VRF will work full time on-site in Dubai, handling installation, commissioning, and maintenance of VRF and other HVAC systems. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing system issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper operation of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. The technician will read and interpret technical drawings and manuals, support HVAC project execution, and assist with testing and balancing system performance.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and VRF systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.

Previous hands-on experience with VRF systems installation, commissioning, and servicing (minimum 1 year).

Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer manuals for HVAC projects.

Good communication skills and ability to work safely and collaboratively on-site with diverse teams.

Familiarity with basic tools, testing instruments, and HVAC diagnostic equipment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
