Role Description:

We are looking for a Fresh Graduate HR Coordinator to join our team and support the management and development of our HR operations, with a genuine opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR data.

Assist with attendance and leave management.

Support recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates.

Prepare and follow up on employee documents and contracts.

Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.

Prepare HR reports and data.

Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related requests.

Support Employee Engagement activities and internal initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduate.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn.

Good command of English.

Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.

Willingness to work from our office in Riyadh.
