About the Role

Masarat is building a digital medical insurance platform for small and medium enterprises. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a back-end focus to join our core technical team. You will work on a live microservices platform integrated with insurance companies, payment providers and national verification services, and take ownership of features from API to screen.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot

Build and enhance front-end screens in Angular

Integrate with third-party APIs (insurers, payment gateway, verification services)

Write unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews

Support testing, releases and production issue resolution

Document your work and follow secure coding and data protection practices

What We Are Looking For

1–2 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, components, services, forms)

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate and SQL (MySQL preferred)

Experience with Git and a structured development workflow

Ability to read existing code, learn quickly and work closely with a small team

Good communication in Arabic and English

Nice to Have

Microservices, Kafka or Redis

Docker and Kubernetes, or any cloud platform

OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (Keycloak)

Experience in fintech, insurtech or regulated environments

Hiring Process
