Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Support project teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities.

Assist engineering and technical departments with daily project requirements.

Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records as required.

Support quality, safety, planning, estimation, and project control activities.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Participate in training programs and on-site learning activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, HSE, or a related field; fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction project operations, engineering documentation and reporting, and quality/safety/planning/estimation practices.

Core Competencies: Strong willingness to learn, develop skills, and build a professional career; good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
