Director - Pricing & Profitability

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Pricing and Profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for overall pricing evaluation and profitability functions of the company.

Role And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Evaluating pricing proposals from various segments/products owners and provide expert advice to immediate supervisor.

Proactively interacting with the relevant product owners to suggest alternate options where the original proposal entail commercial/financial bottlenecks.

Maintaining a reporting framework necessary to evaluate the product pricing decisions.

Maintaining an analysis framework to ensure post-launch analysis is done for major pricing decisions in a systematic manner.

Supporting company’s digital initiatives by minimizing the manual processes.

Maintaining interactive and digital dashboards environment to provide effective information on a timely manner.

Ensuring periodical profitability statements are available at all times at various levels (segments, services, business units, products etc.)

Preparing business cases for one-off strategic projects as and when needed by the top management.

Providing support to immediate manager in meeting digitization and other strategic objectives of the company.

Performing other tasks as advised by the immediate manager.

Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience.

Strong analytical skills.

Telcom business acumen is a must.
