Customer Success & Support Executive

ElestaBiz builds a website and online-store builder for Indian small businesses - shops, restaurants, studios and service providers - so they can get online without technical help. We are hiring a Customer Success & Support Executive to help the business owners who use ElestaBiz set up their sites, and to get them answers when they are stuck.

What you will do

Answer customer questions by email, chat, WhatsApp and phone, in Telugu and English.

Help new customers set up their website or online store in their first few weeks.

Log every customer conversation in our CRM, and follow up until the question is resolved.

Report bugs and feature requests to the product team, with the steps that cause them.

Suggest improvements to our help articles, based on the questions customers ask.

Open a customer's account only as far as their question needs, and never share customer data outside the company.

About the role

Fixed-term employment for 12 months, renewable by mutual agreement.

Remote: you work from home, anywhere in Andhra Pradesh.

Five days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. The team covers Monday to Saturday, so your weekly day off rotates; the rota is published at least seven days in advance.

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written Telugu and English. Hindi is a plus.

Patient, polite and clear, on the phone and in writing.

Comfortable with computers and smartphones, and quick to learn new software.

Experience in customer support, sales or another customer-facing role is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply.

A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home in Andhra Pradesh.
