Plus Prime Building Contracting LLC, known as “Building Doctors,” specializes in diagnosing and treating structural issues in civil engineering projects.
From stopping leaks in basements to advanced concrete repairs, we provide engineered solutions that restore, strengthen and enhance the integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
Our expertise includes structural strengthening, concrete repair, soil stabilization, cathodic protection, waterproofing and façade rehabilitation — helping ensure buildings and infrastructure remain resilient, safe and durable.
We are looking for a dynamic, technically strong and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site, client-facing role focused on developing new business, building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Follow up opportunities through the complete sales cycle and close business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions
Build and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes
Represent Plus Prime professionally in the UAE market
🔑 What We’re Looking For
Degree in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering
3-5 years max of proven UAE experience in technical sales
Experience in construction chemicals, concrete repair, structural strengthening, refurbishment or construction systems
Strong understanding of technical products and systems and the ability to communicate their value to clients and consultants
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional client-facing personality
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills
Energetic, proactive and highly organized
Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE construction market
💰 Remuneration
Gross Package: Gross AED up to 15K per month + performance based incentives, commensurate with experience and suitability.
