WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team in Jeddah, providing technical leadership on major building developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural works are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the supervision of structural works on large-scale building projects.

Review and approve structural shop drawings, calculations, method statements, material submittals, and temporary works proposals.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and progress.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and client representatives.

Review contractor requests for information (RFIs), inspections, and technical submissions.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years' experience on building construction supervision projects in the GCC.

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel construction.

Experience reviewing structural calculations and temporary works.

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authority requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of utility coordination, utility diversions, underground services, and associated construction methodologies.

The Role

This is a customer-facing role positioned at the intersection of technology, consulting, and sales.

You will lead technical discovery, assess customers’ existing environments, design cloud and migration architectures, prepare technical and commercial solution proposals, and present recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.

The role primarily requires strong expertise in AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure, architecture, FinOps, and migration projects. Experience with Microsoft Azure—particularly infrastructure, security, and AI services—will be a significant advantage.

The UI/UX specification is complete (a 24-screen design system), and a live testnet build demonstrates the intended direction. The next phase is to turn that blueprint into a functional, deployed product people actually use.

The Role: We are looking for a technical co-founder to lead the build end-to-end — architecture, front-end and back-end, and deployment. NodeTrade is built on a Web2 front-end / Web3 back-end architecture: a modern, responsive web interface paired with a decentralized, blockchain-oriented back end. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to help shape a product from the foundation stage, partner on product and technical direction, and share in the venture's upside.
