Plan and execute Exchange Server migrations, including coexistence, cutover, and hybrid scenarios.

Design and implement Exchange site resilience and disaster recovery strategies, including Database Availability Groups (DAG) and multi-site deployments.

Troubleshoot and optimize hybrid configurations between on-premises and Microsoft 365 services.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
