We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer with proven expertise in smart contract development, cryptocurrency token creation, Ethereum infrastructure, and custody-to-wallet transaction execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying blockchain solutions, auditing and optimizing smart contracts, and troubleshooting complex cryptocurrency transfer operations.

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with existing proprietary custody systems, smart contract integrations, and Ethereum Mainnet transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Smart Contract Development & Management

· Design, develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity.

· Develop secure and optimized smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks.

· Debug, test, upgrade, and optimize existing smart contracts.

· Implement access controls, multi signature authorization, and secure contract execution.

· Investigate smart contract execution failures and transaction reverts.

· Integrate smart contracts with custody platforms, wallets, and backend systems.

Token Creation & Deployment

· Design, develop, and deploy ERC-20 tokens and other applicable token standards.

· Implement token minting, burning, transfers, vesting, and distribution mechanisms.

· Develop token management and administration systems.

· Configure token permissions, ownership, and supply controls.

· Integrate tokens with MetaMask, Phantom, and other compatible wallets.

· Deploy and verify token contracts on Ethereum Mainnet and supported EVM networks.

· Perform token security testing and smart contract verification.

Custody Infrastructure & Wallet Transfers

· Analyze and troubleshoot existing proprietary cryptocurrency custody infrastructure.

· Execute authorized cryptocurrency transfers from custody systems to external wallets.

· Diagnose transaction signing, broadcasting, confirmation, and execution issues.

· Investigate transaction hashes, RPC errors, nonce conflicts, gas issues, and failed transfers.

· Troubleshoot VPS servers, blockchain nodes, APIs, and smart contract integrations.

· Ensure successful and verifiable on-chain transaction execution.

Blockchain Infrastructure & Backend Integration

· Configure and manage Ethereum RPC connections and blockchain node integrations.

· Maintain Linux/VPS environments supporting blockchain operations.

· Develop backend integrations using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, ethers.js, and web3.py.

· Implement secure transaction monitoring and blockchain event tracking.

· Optimize transaction processing, reliability, and system performance.

Blockchain Security

· Apply secure smart contract development practices.

· Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate smart contract audits.

· Implement secure transaction signing and wallet authorization procedures.

· Understand MPC, multigeniture wallets, hardware security modules (HSM), and private-key management.

· Protect digital assets through appropriate access controls and transaction approval procedures.

Required Qualifications:

· 5 +years of relevant blockchain experience.

· Advanced proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).

· Proven experience creating and deploying ERC-20 tokens.

· Strong knowledge of smart contract architecture, testing, and security.

· Demonstrated experience with custody infrastructure and wallet transaction execution.

· Advanced knowledge of Ethereum Mainnet, RPC, transaction lifecycle, and blockchain explorers.

· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, ethers.js, and web3.py.

· Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, and OpenZeppelin.

· Strong Linux/VPS and API troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex blockchain infrastructure issues.

We urgently need an experienced Safety Engineer for the Kuwait International Airport Terminal II project, working for a leading construction company in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the project HSE plan, ensuring all site work follows safety regulations, client requirements and Kuwait standards.

Carry out daily site inspections, risk assessments and job hazard analyses, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Control permit-to-work systems for hot work, confined spaces, working at height and excavation.

Run safety inductions, toolbox talks and training for staff and subcontractors.

Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports and track preventive actions.

Check that equipment, scaffolding, lifting operations and PPE meet safety standards.

Coordinate with project management, subcontractors and the client’s HSE team, and prepare regular HSE reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a diploma with a recognised safety qualification.

Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Safety Engineer, including airport or mega projects in Kuwait.

KSE membership (required), with a minimum 3-year Safety Diploma.

Strong knowledge of construction safety, Kuwait regulations and international HSE standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills, and good English.

Transferable Kuwait residency or the ability to join immediately is preferred.

Role:Role Description This full-time Gardener role is an on-site position based in Toulouse. Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow maintenance plans and safety procedures.
