Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time with Tennis Racket Stringing (Certified by ESRA preferred or certificates), on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable tennis equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories.
The Retail Sales Specialist will handle sales transactions, maintain store displays and inventory, and ensure that products are presented in an organized and appealing manner. Daily responsibilities include providing accurate product information, offering basic guidance on equipment selection and stringing services, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
The role also requires collaborating with team members to support store promotions, meet sales targets, and uphold TennisShop.ae’s standards of professionalism and reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess retail sales & stringing skills and prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in sports or specialty stores.
Candidates should possess solid product knowledge, particularly of tennis equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories, or a strong interest in learning about them.
Candidates should possess customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented in-store experience.
Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), basic computer and POS system skills, reliability in working full-time shifts, and a genuine interest in tennis or sports.
