Role:Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, Oman, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will develop and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, corporate buyers, and other key accounts, driving sales of industrial safety garments and workwear solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote TTORP® WORKWEAR. The Sales Manager will also provide product training and support to partners, ensuring a partnership-driven, customer-focused approach.

Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to build long-term client relationships, manage inquiries, and present solutions clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess relevant sales experience in industrial products, safety garments, PPE, or related B2B sectors.
Candidates should possess the ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing on-site client visits and remote tasks effectively.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales management will also be considered.
Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial safety standards or willingness to learn and adapt quickly to technical product requirements.
