Role Description The Sales Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent service on the sales floor. Daily tasks include processing cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash drawers at the end of each shift. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, following store security and loss prevention procedures, and supporting inventory counts and pricing updates as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage professionally with diverse clients.
Cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operation, and basic math skills to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
Attention to detail and reliability in reconciling cash drawers, issuing receipts, and following store procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and punctuality.
Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is an advantage; knowledge of gold and diamond products is beneficial.
