Position Objective

The Oracle Hyperion Technical Specialist shall be responsible for the administration, support, enhancement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Hyperion EPM environment. 6. Operational SupportProvide day-to-day administration and operational support.Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.Participate in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.Coordinate backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.Support production deployments and change management.

Job Purpose

Performs day to day I&C Engineering support to deliver immediate operations support, working closely with the site team to resolve issues under the direction of the Operations Engineering Manager.

Support development and implementation of the joint E&M Transformation Framework.
