We are seeking an experienced Multifonds Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead with 10+ years of experience in financial services technology and strong hands-on expertise in the Multifonds platform. The role involves managing and delivering techno-functional solutions across Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, Fund Administration, and related financial services operations. Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities

Understand and work extensively on the Multifonds platform and its functionalities.

Manage and support Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, NAV calculation, fund valuation, and Fund Administration processes.

Support end-to-end fund lifecycle activities, including trade processing, transaction management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Work on Transfer Agency processes, including investor servicing, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor accounting.

Gather business requirements, conduct functional analysis, and prepare functional specifications.

Configure and enhance Multifonds functionalities based on business and operational requirements.

Collaborate with fund operations, investment accounting, finance, and business teams.

Support business users during UAT, functional testing, and production releases.

Technical Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong technical understanding of Multifonds application architecture and underlying components.

Develop, execute, and troubleshoot SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for data analysis and application support.

Handle application configuration, customizations, interfaces, and system integrations.

Analyse technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.

Support data migration, data reconciliation, batch processing, and application performance optimization.

Manage integrations with upstream and downstream financial applications.

Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation.

Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and support teams for application enhancements and issue resolution.

Implementation & Project Delivery

Drive Multifonds implementation, enhancement, migration, and platform upgrade initiatives.

Participate in solution design, technical discussions, functional workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, and operations teams.

Oversee development activities, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.

Provide technical and functional guidance to team members.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and platform stability.

Production Support & Stakeholder Management

Handle L2/L3 production support and complex Multifonds-related technical and functional issues.

Perform impact analysis and root cause analysis for application incidents.

Ensure timely resolution of business-critical production issues.

Work closely with global stakeholders across fund administration, investment operations, finance, and technology teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on issue resolution and project progress.

Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and Multifonds platform stability.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of overall IT / Financial Services technology experience.

Strong hands-on experience with the Multifonds platform.

Strong techno-functional understanding of Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, and Fund Administration.

Good understanding of NAV calculation, fund valuation, transaction processing, and reconciliation.

Experience in Multifonds implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement, or production support.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, database queries, and troubleshooting.

Experience with application integrations, interfaces, and data processing.

Understanding of end-to-end fund lifecycle and investment operations.

Job Purpose

Performs day to day I&C Engineering support to deliver immediate operations support, working closely with the site team to resolve issues under the direction of the Operations Engineering Manager.

Ensures that asset I&C Engineering risks are understood, appropriately risk assessed, and actions driven to reduce risk within agreed timeframe.

Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for contributing to the monthly sales targets to ensure achievement of the team’s annual sales and customer satisfaction targets, specific to the passenger car retail business. The role involves appropriately following the sales process from actual sales to handing over to the customer, carrying out market intelligence activities and creating opportunities for acquiring new business.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required. This includes accurate collection of customer and vehicle information and input in the Dealer Management System

Make recommendations on sales strategies and follows all steps of the sales process to attract and retain customers in the long-term. This involves range of sales process activities ranging from prospecting , generating appointments, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, negotiation, trading appraisal for used cars, objection handling, actual closure, vehicle delivery, and post sale follow-up

Conduct personal visits, understands customer’s requirements and assesses his current situation to establish needs. This includes providing technical information in relation to product performance, features, options/ application versus pricing

Negotiates optimum deals and sells vehicles at maximum margins to acquire and retain customers in the long-term and maximise company profit as per company polices

Coordinates with the concerned department member to order the vehicle in a timely manner, if it is not readily available. This includes tracking and following up on the arrival of the vehicle and updating the customer on any delays

Collect payments as per set deadlines to ensure payment is received on time and customer credit is minimised

Coordinate delivery of vehicle to customer and ensures that delivery process requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensures all related documents and necessary paperwork are completed

Assists and advises customers on requirements for bank/insurance approvals

Coordinates with Service or person-in-charge for pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and timely delivery

At the time of delivery, demonstrates the vehicle’s operating features, including service, warranty, location of service center/facility, etc.)

Maintains an owner follow up system to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referral business

Ensures vehicles are properly displayed in the showroom in coordination with the branch in charge to ensure that customers are aware of the company’s products

Prepares reports such as weekly plans, activity and results reports and those relate to issues resolution to present and review with management

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Support development and implementation of the joint E&M Transformation Framework.

Drive practical implementation of the E&M Improvement Programme across Metro and Tram O&M, coordinating engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, asset management and subcontractor interfaces to ensure agreed improvements are workable and embedded in day-to-day delivery.

Provide practical railway O&M support to the E&M Transformation Programme, working across relevant workstreams and with engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, asset management, commercial and subcontractor stakeholders to translate identified improvement opportunities into practical, coordinated and sustainable operational improvements.

Facilitate maintenance optimisation and innovation, coordinating objective assessment of optimisation opportunities against safety, operational, commercial and whole-life-cost considerations, and other data-driven maintenance approaches.

Oversee the implementation and embedding of E&M transformation initiatives, providing practical O&M input to operational, organisational and capability changes and helping ensure improvements are workable, appropriately resourced and sustainable within business-as-usual operations.

Practical experience in railway, metro, or tram operations and maintenance.

Broad knowledge of Engineering and Maintenance systems and practices, rather than expertise limited to a single system.

Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, maintenance planning, safety assurance, asset management, and subcontractor teams.

Understanding of preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
