Role:Now Hiring | Structural Engineer – Design & Site Supervision

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with at least five years of professional experience covering both structural design and site supervision for building projects. The role combines office-based design and coordination with site inspections to verify that construction follows approved drawings and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structural analysis models, prepare design calculations, and design foundations, columns, beams, and slabs in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and geotechnical recommendations.
Prepare and review structural drawings and construction details. Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to resolve design conflicts before construction.
Review contractor shop drawings, respond to technical queries, and document proposed revisions for approval.
Conduct site inspections to check formwork, reinforcement, and embedded items before concrete pours. Monitor concrete placement and review test results.
Document site observations and nonconformities, follow up with contractors on corrective actions, and prepare progress and inspection reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including both structural design and site supervision.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Revit Structure is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and the ability to interpret geotechnical reports and prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
Availability to work on-site in Jeddah and travel to project sites as needed. Previous experience on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
