Role Description The Junior Solutions Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position involves supporting the design, development, and integration of AI, robotics, and related technology solutions for customers. The Junior Solutions Engineer will assist in solution implementation, participate in technical workshops and demonstrations, and collaborate with consulting, presales, and sales teams to understand client requirements. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, preparing basic technical documentation, and coordinating with senior engineers to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves direct interaction with customers to clarify technical needs and provide timely support under the guidance of more experienced team members.
Qualifications
Ability to work with Software Development tasks, including understanding code, basic programming, and system configuration.
Consulting and Presales skills to help assess customer needs, prepare solution proposals, and support technical presentations.
Sales-related skills to collaborate with the sales team, communicate technical value, and support customer engagements.
Integration skills to assist in connecting software, hardware, and cloud components into cohesive solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge of AI, robotics, or emerging technologies and interest in advancing skills in these areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and follow established implementation methodologies.
