Description
Basraa is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Staff member to promote our delivery services, acquire new business clients, and build strong relationships with merchants across Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients, including restaurants, retail shops, businesses, and other merchants.
Present Basraa’s delivery services, pricing, and business solutions to prospective clients.
Generate new business leads through market research, field visits, calls, and online outreach.
Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients and follow up to convert leads into active accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable delivery solutions.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Perform any other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and build long-term business relationships.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Willingness to meet clients and travel within Kuwait.
Previous experience in the delivery, logistics, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
Working Hours
~ 10 hours per day, including break.
~ Friday – Weekly Off.
~ Working schedule may vary depending on operational requirements.
Salary: KWD 250–400 per month. Depending on experience and qualifications.
