Role:GTM Engineer
Marketing operations and AI automation
About GigaRev
GigaRev combines growth strategy, marketing execution and AI-enabled workflows. We help businesses improve customer acquisition and conversion through campaigns, content, experimentation and better marketing operations.
The role
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to translate marketing processes into reliable workflows and integrations. Your work will connect campaign planning, content production, lead capture, booking, CRM follow-up and reporting. You will partner with marketers and the client engineering team to develop the execution systems behind local customer acquisition, beginning with a pilot and extending proven workflows across locations.
What you will do
Map marketing journeys and operational bottlenecks. Turn briefs into workflow designs, data requirements, acceptance criteria and a prioritised implementation backlog.
Build workflows using tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier, plus JavaScript or Python where needed. Connect advertising, CMS, CRM, booking and reporting systems through APIs and webhooks.
Develop AI-assisted workflows for research, content briefs, asset repurposing, campaign preparation and performance summaries using approved brand and location information.
Implement lead routing, reminders, follow-up and lifecycle triggers using agreed customer preferences and business rules. Handle cancellations and reschedules consistently.
Maintain campaign identifiers, event definitions and location mappings. Help reconcile leads, bookings, attendance and paid outcomes, and flag missing or inconsistent data.
Build approval steps, access controls, logging, retries, alerts and duplicate prevention. Monitor workflow reliability, data freshness and AI or API usage costs.
Collaborate with engineering on production integrations and deployment. Document workflows, train operators and turn successful pilot implementations into reusable components.
Experience and application
Experience: 3 or more years, or equivalent evidence of delivery
What you will bring
Experience in marketing operations, RevOps, automation or software engineering, with production workflows you have personally built and maintained.
Strong working knowledge of at least one workflow platform, plus the ability to write and debug JavaScript or Python and use SQL for basic data validation.
Practical API integration skills, including JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling and secure credential management.
Understanding of campaign tracking, CRM stages, lifecycle messaging, UTMs and the journey from inquiry to booking and customer conversion.
Experience using LLM APIs with structured outputs, approved source context, evaluation checks and human review where decisions require it.
Ability to investigate failures, explain technical choices to marketers and collaborate with engineering and US stakeholders during agreed hours.
Useful additional experience
Experience with advertising-platform integrations, GA4 or Google Tag Manager, offline conversion data, CMS integrations and systems serving multiple locations. Familiarity with Git, deployment environments and AI-assisted coding tools will help.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days. Map the current systems and data flow, agree measurement definitions and access requirements, and prototype a priority marketing workflow.
By day 60. Put agreed priority workflows into use with approvals, monitoring and recovery procedures. Validate data against the source systems with marketing and engineering.
By day 90. Show measured improvements in manual effort, reliability or turnaround time. Deliver documentation and reusable templates for onboarding further locations.
How to apply
Apply with your CV and two workflow examples, including at least one used in production. Describe the business problem, systems connected, your implementation, failure handling and measured impact. A short walkthrough or anonymised architecture diagram is welcome.
