About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Senior IV, having completed level IV competencies, will contribute to the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating, and monitoring of resources such as labor, tools and technical assistants as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. About The Team

This role will be part of the Public Sector Sales team at Nutanix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The mission of the team is to engage deeply with customers across the health sector and oil and gas industries, driving innovative solutions and establishing meaningful relationships to support the unique needs of these sectors.

You will report to the Public Sector Sales Leader, who is known for treating team members with respect while maintaining high expectations for performance. They foster a collaborative environment where transparency regarding quotas and performance is encouraged.

Your Role

Engage and manage approximately 25 key accounts in the healthcare and oil & gas sectors throughout Saudi Arabia.

Achieve defined sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasting and sales funnel management.

Demonstrate strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to the large strategic / Key acounts in the region.

Possess an attitude towards understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape.

Work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.

Target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.

Use SFDC strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Articulate the Nutanix value proposition, features, product messages and positioning.

Foster a growth mindset and actively seek new customer opportunities while supporting the retention of existing accounts.

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the health sector and oil and gas.

Outside software sales, quota carrying, hunting, and successful closing skills.

Experience meeting individually with C-Level decision-makers

A track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.

Keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts.

Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.

Highly organized, with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role.

On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Drive the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solid rocket propulsion systems by leveraging over 8 years of aerospace engineering expertise. Lead cross-functional manufacturing and test campaigns while mentoring junior engineers to advance high-performance rocket motor technologies.

About the Role:

Assess existing systems (ICS, DCS, Process Control Systems, and Real-Time Plant Information and Laboratory Management Systems) on obsolescence, spare parts availability, vendor support, interoperability and integration for a safe and reliable system operation conforming to Company andInternational standards.

Audit the performance of systems, identify opportunities for process performance monitoring and improvements to ensure that the systems conform to applicable standards.
